And I got my first teaching interview!

Well as many of you know, I have been completing a Masters Program in Education this past year and I am almost done! I graduate May 19th to be exact! Today was very exciting because I was contacted for my first interview! Now I know I have a lot of readers who are teachers and I want to know what you think I MUST KNOW before interviewing! Very excited for this happy day!

From early-April to mid-May, millions of daffodils of every color, shape and size bloom on Nantucket. With Spring, comes the Annual Daffodil Festival on Nantucket. My favorite weekend highlights include the Annual Window Decorating Contest, the Antique Car Parade, the Annual Daffy Hat Pageant

and of course the Daffodil Tailgate Picnic!

The boyf and I are off to the Island to spend time with family

and enjoy the weekends festivities!

Well I have some exciting news, I was lucky enough to meet the fabulous Jonathan Groff this past summer on Nantucket through friends, he was so nice and ultra-swoonworthy! AND tonight he is starring on Glee as Jesse St. James! I can't wait to watch!

I'll admit it, I am a HUGE fan of Keeping Up With The Kardashians and of Kim - the show is one of my favorite guilty pleasures! However, when I saw this photo on People.com, I was like "Kim, why, just say no to CRACK?!" I don't know about you but I think this is a little much,

especially for a girl with a TEAM of stylists?!

Papyrus Cards for $1!

I am a huge fan of Papyrus! I also always send out birthday cards, it is something I never forget to do and I think it is especially important to let your family and friends know you are thinking about them on their special day! With all my Grad School reading, I have been on a real "chick lit" kick these days! I am loving Mary Kay Andrew's books and am currently reading my third one, Savannah Blues.

All of her novels take place in the South and they are juicy!

I even get a laugh at some of the "Yankee" jokes!
