Coupon Clipping Made Easy!

Clipping Coupons has always seemed like a good idea to me, yet I never found the time to do it and if I did, I would somehow forget them when I headed out to the market! Well I have found the solution! There are two wonderful coupon sites out there -- Redplum and Smart Source! These sites are amazing, you can literally search for the coupons you need and just hit print - how simple?! Last Friday, I made my grocery list and then searched these two sites for the coupons I needed, I saved $15 dollars!

Who knows, I might become the coupon lady!

I am just LOVING skinny belts right now. As I go through my closet, I have found that skinny belts can be the best updating accessory to just about everything - I love pairing these belts with cardi's and shift dresses, it creates such a polished look!

Magazines!

Like many of you, I have subscriptions to tons of fabulous magazines! However, I feel so wasteful at the end of the month when I have to dump them all in the recycling bin! I've had an idea! I would totally be willing to either swap mags with some blogger friends or I would be happy to send some magazines via media mail to people who are interested - you would just be responsible for covering the cost of mailing the mags!

Who am I? I'll never tell!

Well I can't tell you how happy I am that my guilty pleasure is back on prime time. I just cannot get enough of Gossip Girl! How great was last nights episode?! First of all Blair is amazing, LOVE LOVE LOVE her -- and Chuck well they are just the best couple ever! Best line of the show was when Dan told Blair that there "are no headbands in college", well maybe at NYU! I almost died when the show ended with Dan kissing Georgina - disgusting!

New Blog Design & Weekend Update!

So as you all can see, I have an amazing new blog design! I am so so excited. I worked with my friend Cassie, over at Cassie Adams Designs to create my header, isn't it tres fab?! My blog facelift has totally made me obsessed with blogging again and I am so pumped. What do you all think about the new look?!

In other news I had an amazing weekend in NY. We celebrated BFF LAB's 25th Birthday out east and did a wine tasting around the north fork, it was tres fab!

Well I am off to study, study, study! I have a huge test this Saturday! Wish me luck!

I HEART Long Weekends!

Well friends, I am off to New York for the weekend - so very excited to see friends and family. I am hitting the road later on today and will spend tonight and tomorrow on Long Island with the fam! So excited to see them and of course shop with Mommy! On Saturday Morning, I am hitting the road again to drive the hour it takes to get to the Hamptons. It is BFF LAB's 25th Birthday Bash! I am so so excited to see everyone and we will be going on a wine tour of the North Fork Vineyards - see the detailed description over at LAB's blog!

The Keurig!

As you all know I am back to being a student and grad school has definitely cut into my spending abilities :( So I decided to invest in the Keurig because my bank account was hurting from my daily Starbucks run! I couldn't be happier with my purchase, it is simply fab and I love that you can make one cup of coffee instead of brewing a whole pot! Even better -- there is no mess! I also get to play barista every morning when I pick from the never ending selection of K-cups! Well I am off to start this day with a delicious Nantucket blend coffee in my Lilly mug!

Necklace Display Dilemma!

So as I am trying to get my bedroom and closet organized, I have realized that I have so many fun necklaces that get thrown in my jewelry box and forgotten about. I want to create a display so that I can see what I actually have. I was researching the idea and it seems like a lot of people use a cork board and fun push pins (see below) to display necklaces - I thought this was a cute idea but I am not sure it totally goes with my bedroom decor, maybe I could place it on a wall in my closet? I also found a fun jewelry tree from pottery barn but I think it may be too small. Finally I found this velvet necklace stand, that is more function than pretty but it could be the right fit to just place in my closet to let me see what I've got. Do any of you have any thoughts? How do you display your costume jewelry?!
