Silver Picture Frames!

a picture is worth a thousand words… I love pictures; they are such a nice way to remember special moments. I especially love silver picture frames, it such a sophisticated look. I always find it takes me some time to group pictures together to create a polished composition, but I do find it fun to do. I like to follow the below tips when arranging my photos.

The pictures that you group together should match in some way. You can group pictures according to:

Theme: Select pictures that are of the same subject or have similar themes underpinning them. For instance, you can group funny photos, family photos, or wedding photos together.

Color: Picture groups often share color schemes. You can try grouping black and white pictures, pictures that share similar tones, or use pictures that have photo frames of similar colors.

Size: Picture groupings should have a sense of balance. Group pictures of similar sizes, or balance one larger picture with two smaller ones.

And you don't have to spend a ton on frames, I grabbed these beautiful silver frames at Marshalls for $4.99 and $5.99 each! Don't they look tres fab?!

And I'm Back!

Hey Everyone! Well it is back to reality for this girl, I've arrived back to Boston after an amazing 10 days in New York! It was so wonderful to see friends and family! Now I am back to real life which for me means papers, tests and Grad School - BLAH! But that is all boring, I thought I'd share what I'm loving right now with you all -- the color PAPAYA! New York, New York!

Well it's been a whirlwind of a week so far! I spent Monday - Wednesday on Nantucket and celebrated the Boyf's Moms 60th at the Nantucket Yacht Club - it was tres fab!

Today I arrived back in my beloved NYC! I am so excited for tonight! BFF LAB is bartending at one of our favorite bars on the Upper East Side! I cannot wait to see everyone and catch up - I know it will be so much fun. Pics to come tomorrow. Now I am off to get ready!

Back to Reality!

And I am back from Nantucket! It was a tres fab time, the weather was perfect, food was delish, and family & friends were so much fun!

I also did some amazing shopping! As you all know, the boyfs family owns and runs Murray's Toggery Shop - home of Nantucket Reds, and I was in 7th heaven they have a whole whole wall of Jack Roger's, so you know I had to pick up a few pairs. You all should check out Murray's custom Nantucket Red Jack Rogers...LOVE LOVE LOVE them!
